This item is a piece of steel with cutouts and 90 degree bends in it. As the piece faces you, with three of the four bends facing you one
  bend facing away from you, it consists of the following:
  - A mounting side on the left, which is bent forward and has an
    upper portion, a lower portion, and a cutout gap between.
    Each portion has a finger tab, which fits into and secures the
    lift onto the lockbar
  - A back portion
  - A tab on the top right, which is bent forward and provide a place
    to mount the plastic trigger
  - A tab on the bottom right, which is bent back and has a squared
    cutout for the combination lock bolt to rest in when it's in the
    locked position. The square cutout continues into part of the
    back portion.
