Return policy: Returns for any reason will not be accepted unless
  approved by The Andersen Company in advance of their arrival at
  the company. A 20% restock fee may be assessed if goods are
  returned. For standard items listed in current catalogs, all
  requests must be made within 60 days of their invoice date and
  approved by an Andersen Company representative. A return
  authorization number must accompany returned goods. On special
  orders, no returns will be accepted except for reason of defective
  quality. Credit is based on prices in effect on invoice date.
Application: This is an Interior mat, ideal in high-traffic and
  cart-use areas. It is not made to be used as an entrance mat
  (see the 'Waterhog' mats).
